Pure-Speed is a proven training program that guarantees resutls.

We focus first  on the fundamentals of running.  Starting with the development of the rhythmic patterns required to crearte muscle memory that improves stride pattern and frequency.  Once these characteristcs begin to become second nature we then focus on developing speed through placing rigirous demands on the body, forcing it to adapt.  As the body adapts speed evolves.  

             PRIVATE LESSONS

 

Private lessons are focused on the individual needs o clients.  

Training techniques are guaged towards futher development of speed in a sport specific manner.  

Application of basic speed principles are tailored to fit the demands of the athletes needs.

 

            GROUP TRAINING

 

Once you have made the committment to joining the Pure-Speed family you will see the benefits of training with others who have similar goals.  Group training allows Pure-Speed athletes to be provided with precise individual coaching while working in a competative environment.  Numbers are small enough that every athlete receives top tier training while seeing the develpment of other Pure-Speed family members.

            CAMPS

 

Camps are focused on teaching the basic sprint mechanics principles required for speed development to a broad spectrum of ability levels in two phases.

The first phase is the fundamental phase.

The second phase is the ballistic phase.
